Tim graduated from Monash University (Victoria) with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws (1977) and in 1991 he was an accredited Business Law Specialist in Victoria. For over fifteen years he practised extensively in commercial transactions and litigation, acting for numerous national and international companies, including Rolls Royce Engineering. His successful 'boutique' practice also specialised in sports law and provided services to many elite sporting identities Tim was also a director of the Legal Industry Superannuation Fund of Victoria.
In 1994 Tim initiated his 'sea-change' and left Victoria to travel around Australia with his family. He then decided to live on the Sunshine Coast and since early 1995 Tim has established a successful legal practice in Queensland - 'Tim Williams Solicitors'. The firm provides understanding and cost effective legal service in the areas of property and estate planning law.
